The midfielder confirmed that he wishes to prolong his Bayern career until he retires, despite an infamous clash with team member Franck Ribery at the end of last campaign. He said these days it is hard to commit your future to
the club for this long, but he is ready to sign a life-time deal with the Bavarian outfit.
However, the winger suggested that other things also come in account such as his fitness and form. If he maintains these two he will definitely be wanted at the club. The star player has a deal until 2015 with Bayern and will decide
what to do in the future when it runs out.
"Can I envisage staying at the club for the rest of my playing days? Yes, of course I can. Obviously it depends on my personal health and my performances on the pitch, but I hope it happens. I have a contract until 2015, so we
will see,” he added.
"Munich is a great city. I have lived in many cities in Europe, but I have never felt this comfortable, and my wife and children love it as well," he mused.
"I think everyone is performing better, we are hungrier and more ambitious than before,” he finally concluded.
Moreover, Robben claimed that Munich is a lovely place to live in. He stressed that he has lived in various cities in the continent, but it is a delight to be in Munich. He further added that even his family is happy to stay put.
Lastly, he said that Die Bayern are looking forward to win trophies this term.
