Legendary Liverpool striker, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Robbie-Fowler-c31214, has insisted that the club needs to keep Luis Suarez in order to challenge for major titles next season.
He admitted that the Reds cannot afford to let go of the player in the summer transfer window as Suarez will be almost impossible to replace.
Fowler admitted that Suarez’s behaviour is not acceptable at times and that he should be careful regarding a number of things. The former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749 international stated that Suarez was the ‘Player of the Season’ for him as he played brilliantly considering
the way the team played all season.
“Rightly, we should be critical of some of the stuff he does, but let’s look at the footballing side of him. I’m not being biased when I say that, for me, he was the Premier League player of last year,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.
On the other hand, Fowler stated that even if Suarez leaves under any circumstances, the club should spend the money wisely to buy some world-class players in the summer transfer window. He admitted that any team in Europe would love to have Suarez in their
team as he is a sensational player.
Fowler stressed that the Uruguayan would add value to any side in the world and praised the attacker’s ability of scoring goals.
“Any side in the world with Luis Suarez is a better team, so I hope he stays at Liverpool a long time. You can understand why he’s linked with many sides over the world, because he is a world-class player. If he does go, it’s important that the money is
spent wisely and you bring in a good amount of players,” he concluded.
