Robemaker likely to find his rhythm at Nottingham - Betfred Mobile Casino Handicap Preview
After an embarrassing performance last time around, Robemaker is determined to bounce back and produce a positive outcome in Betfred Mobile Casino Handicap at Nottingham on Wednesday, April 11, 2012.
The four-year-old alongside many powerful contenders will start running at 17:10 GMT. The class 3 meeting has attracted 15 dashing runners, who will pursue a cash prize of £6,663.
Their names are: Robemaker, Call To Reason, Neutrafa, Oriental Scot, Orbit The Moon, Prince Of Burma, Stage Attraction, Shavansky, Sinfonico, Chiswick Bey, Certral, Mawaakef, Change The Subject, Masked Dance and Zacynthus.
Robemaker will be back in action after a gap of almost six months. The bay colt lost his rhythm after displaying a couple of decent performances in September last year.
On October 29, the John Gosden-trained was unable to maintain good standards and as a result, finished sixth in the Home of Racing Handicap at Newmarket.
It is a good chance for him to put his campaign back on the winning days. However, he will have to be flawless in order to achieve the glory.
Call To Reason is coming into this race after pursuing a classy success. In mid February, the five-year-old did a fine job to record a comprehensive triumph in the Thousands of Sports Experiences At bluesq.com Handicap at Southwell.
Ian Williams’ trainee seized the top spot by one and a half lengths. Her victory came after a gap of more than a year and half. The mare will aim not to lose her rhythm and dominate the proceedings once again.
Neutrafa was impressive in her last two races. On October 29, John Smith's Handicap saw her clinching victory by three lengths. She needs to be at her best in order to do some damage today.
Oriental Scot is another maverick runner, who is aiming to resume his journey on a winning note. He registered his last victory on September 23, when he secured top position only by a head’s distance.
Robemaker has an obvious chance to walk with the victory, but it would not be a straightforward trip for the colt. Call To Reason and Neutrafa are set to fancy their chances, as both of them have some good performances o their credit.
