Robert Mugabe or Saddam Hussein?

Mugabe, Saddams dead...... well they're both guilty of atrocities and crimes against humanity as far as i'm concerned but at least Saddam didn't bankrupt his country, Zimbabwe (Formely Rhodesia) was the richest african nation, now its one of the poorest (also mugabe kicked out all the whites, which was bad because his blacks didnt know how to farm so they starved), i would have preferred Saddam at least he beat iran in a war to protect his country.

I suppose Saddam was more a 'hands on' kind of murderer - and he didn't economically ruin his own country like Mugabe - so on the whole Saddam really.

There was some stability in the middleeast with Saddam - methods obviously wrong but does follow the Russian & Chinese model for stability.

Despite people not like hearing it, some countries need a firm hand. Africa countries are normally run by incompetant corrupt idiots that just cause poverty (that will never change) but the religion and aggresion of some nations need someone that keeps them in line.

Saddam was pretty bad, but ask yourself this. would he of killed as many as have died as a result of the US led invasion?
