Caretaker Chelsea manager http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roberto-c31294 Di Matteo has urged the squad to rescue their failing season as the club looks to undergo more changes after the departure of Andre Villas-Boas.

Villas-Boas has now left Chelsea as their season looks to end trophy-less; the Blues are highly unlikely to finish in the top four of the English Premier League season, they failed to claim the Carling Cup and are underdogs for the FA Cup and the UEFA Champions
League.
The Italian manager who happens to be a former Chelsea player revealed he was sad to see Andre Villas-Boas leave the club in such circumstances. Di Matteo said the players at the club had a duty towards Chelsea, which was working towards saving the current season. While the English Premier League and Carling Cup are now out of reach, Di Matteo believed the FA Cup and UEFA Champions League were still
realistic possibilities.
He revealed:
“Our duty now is to look forward and to try to get the results that we need in the league, the Champions League and in the FA Cup to have a good season.”
