The former Cagliari boss optimistic of a positive result against the Rossoneri, and asks for a 100 percent performance from the Gialloblu.
Parma manager, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roberto-c31294 Donadoni, has admitted that his players will take on AC Milan with the right mentality, and is hopeful that can upset the Italian Champions.
The Gialloblu will take on Massimiliano Allegri’s side in matchday 28 game of the season at Stadio Ennio Tardini on Saturday, 17 March. Parma go into the game with a poor recent run of form, having gone winless in their last six
matches. Their recent form has seen them flirt with the relegation positions, as they are only six points ahead of the drop zone.
Donadoni believes that the recent run of form will not have any impact on their league match against Milan, and they will come with fresh mentality. He believes that it will require a special effort from his team to get all three
points against the league leaders and Italian Champions.
The former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Zlatan-Ibrahimovic-c38029, and believes that they will need to stop the whole Milan side, and not only few individuals. He believes that the Diavolo squad is composed of champion players,
and not individuals.
While talking to the reporters, Donadoni said:
“There won’t be a barricade, we’ll also be playing - we can get some points. That there is fear is healthy, physiologically, but it is also correct that there is an equally healthy awareness [from my players] of their own ability.”
“We are against a team that is leading the League and we know that both the individual and the collective will have to be on form. This is our goal. Milan is composed of great players, not just him. In these cases where the level
is so high, when you think of a player to block.”
A win at Parma will make it three consecutive league victories for the Diavolo, and will put them seven points ahead of Juventus for at least two hours.
The Turin giants will play Fiorentina in their respective weekend game on Saturday, March 17.
