Manchester City manager, Roberto http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mancini-c23323 has hinted that he could bring in some new faces to the Eastlands, in order to help the team win the Premier League.
Despite having  strength in depth, it seems like Mancini is looking to bring in a few new faces to the Eastlands, in hopes of ensuring his team winning a trophy or two this season.
City are going to be without http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mario-Balotelli-c23937 is out with an ankle injury.
However, instead of looking to try and get the younger players at the club to step up, the manager is looking to ensure his team win the league, but trying to bring in a few new faces to fill in for the players.
Despite being on top of the Premier League table, Mancini does not want to take any risks and had dropped hints towards a few new players joining the team this month.
The manager is quoted to have said:  “This could be the first championship for many years and we need to do everything we can to win it”
"We could take in one player. I think in January – and I said this two months ago – we could have a big problem. We play four important games, big games without Yaya."
However, the manager has also remained insistent over the fact that the team needs to sell, in order to buy. Mancini is not looking to keep any surplus players at the club and is more than willing to part ways with them, should suitable offers be made for
them.
Mancini then went on to add: "I think it is better that we sell first. Maybe then we can then take in other players"
"This is the problem. But if we don’t have the players it’s tough for us. We are not [Manchester] United.”
City have been performing exceptionally well this season and one of the reasons for them being as good as they have been, is down to the fact that they have ample players to fill in when injuries, or other problems occur.
So far, the team has not had any problems with their rotation, but with the Toure brothers now gone for nearly two months, the team might have to reconsider their options.
Nonetheless, Mancini is more than likely to sell the dead weight at the club, while perhaps looking to loan some players, instead of buying them.
All in all, it is now a wait to see just what the manager does next.
