Manchester City’s manager, Roberto Mancini, has expressed his appreciation for Edin Dzeko’s match winning goal against Blackburn at a press conference. The manager brought on the striker as a second half substitute but it took the Bosnian striker just three
minutes to make an impact in the game and slot a finish into the back of the net.
The goal from Dzeko also happens to be his first in the Premier League since the player made his move to the Eastlands from Wolfsburg in January, in a deal worth around twenty seven million pounds. When talking about Dzeko and the impact that this goal would
have on him, Mancini is reported to have said,"I am sure it will help his confidence, Edin is a fantastic striker.”
