City had been linked with a move for the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 captain for a couple of weeks, before it was finally revealed that he would not be moving to the Etihad.
At the same time, the Manchester based club are yet to make an approach for any player, as they seem to be stalling their summer transfer activity.
The Italian has now gone on to reveal his dissatisfaction with the way things are going and feels that something needs to be change sooner rather than later.
"Van Persie is not our player. He is an Arsenal or United player," Mancini told reporters.

"These questions you should ask other people. I don't know what I can say. After three or four months... nothing."
“I think when you win something you should look to improve and buy new players, but not too close to the end. The league was finished in May and I think now it is very difficult to move in the market.”
He was then asked about how he thought the team was conducting business in the market and if there was anything that he would like to change.
In response to that he said that it would be best to talk to Marwood, who was responsible for all the negotiations that were set to take place, or were already taking place.
"You should talk to Brian Marwood for this. Not me. Talk to Marwood please," he added.

"No I'm not happy. I don't want to say anything at the moment. For me we have a good team. But we need to continue to improve."
With http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mancini-c23323 being very displeased with the way things are proceeding, it is now going to be a wait to see just what changes take place at the club.
However, as far as transfers go, it is safe to assume that at least one big name signing is set to be on its way to the Etihad in the near future.
