Manchester City manager, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Carlos-c8346 Tevez and has always done what’s best for his players.
Tevez, who is on the brink of rejoining the Manchester City squad, went on to claim that Roberto http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mancini-c23323 had treated him like a dog and that is why he decided he couldn’t work with the manager any more.
However, the striker also claimed that despite him not having done anything wrong, he is more than willing to apologize, as long as it helps him get back in the City squad.
On the contrary, Mancini has once again gone on to disagree with Tevez and has admitted that he has actually treated the player rather well.
The City boss was a little reluctant to talk about the Tevez saga, since he was more concerned about the upcoming game against Porto, but still decided to clear the air while he could.
When asked about his opinion on Tevez and his latest comments, Mancini responded by stating: "I don't want to answer your question [on Tevez] because the game is more important than this," he said in his pre-match press conference ahead of Thursday’s Europa
League clash with Porto.
"But I answer this question and then no more, because we have this game.”
"It is an important game against a top club like Porto.”
"I totally disagree with Carlos, what he said, because I never treated him badly.”
The manager then ended by highlighting the fact that perhaps he had been a little too nice to the player and that is why he feels he can say whatever he wants to.
"Maybe the opposite, I treated him too well, always."
Nonetheless, despite both Mancini and Tevez still not being on the same page, what can be said with certainty is that the Argentine is going to make his comeback to the City squad in the near future.
The striker is bound to take a couple of days to regain his fitness before he is included in the squad again, but the way things are shaping up, many believe Tevez could represent City as early as this weekend.
