Robin Dickin wants Restless Harry to win over Big Buck’s
Robin Dickin is ambitious to see his novice horse winning over, Big Buck’s, in the Cleeve Hurdle race at Cheltenham track on Saturday, January 28. The trainer claims that the races against experienced horses will infuse confidence in his horse, and
earn him huge sums of money.
Dickin reveals that Restless Harry is quite fit and ready to run in the high-stakes race.

He opines that his trainee has improved his stamina to cross fences to a great extent, and this will help him thrive in the Cleeve Hurdle.

According to him, the eight-year-old horse’s recent trials have been successful, and that is evident from his good recent form.
While speaking to The Races, the trainer said:
“It's all systems go and he did a very nice piece of work this morning. I put him on a pedestal and think he can do no wrong, so occasionally I don't ride him myself and Charlie Poste rode him this morning and was very happy with him.”
He went on to say:
“Big Buck's is a legend and probably unbeatable, but he needs some horses to race against, so that is the route we're going to take. It's big prize-money in those long-distance races so even if you're placed to him (Big Buck's), you're winning bigger
prizes than you'd win novice chasing."
Despite Dickin’s ambitions and assumptions about his horse, the racing experts suggest that it will be a herculean task for Restless Harry to beat Big Buck’s, who is eying a 15th consecutive
victory at Cheltenham.
Trained by Paul Nicholls, the nine-year-old horse has won 19 of the 34 races, so far with a bankroll of £1,042,052.

The veteran horse started his career on April 1, 2006. Thus, he will definitely be hard to beat by a novice like Restless Harry.
Making his debut on May 19, 2009, Restless Harry has 17 races to his record list with just 4 victories, and £91,358 in earnings. Owned by R. G. Whitehead, the horse was foaled in April, 2004.
Regardless of whether Restless Harry wins or not, his participation in the Cleeve Hurdle race will surely be a morale booster for him.
