Robin Tabeling and Gayle Mahulette, ace shuttlers from Netherlands, were impressive on the final day when they nailed Mixed Doubles title at the Under 19 Six-Nations 2012 in Germany, on Monday, April 9.
In the title match, Robin and Mahulette delivered a stunning performance against the higher ranked team-mates Jim Middelburg and Soraya De Visch Eijbergen and won the crown.
The fifth seeded Robin and Mahulette surprised the home fans by playing remarkable badminton and overpowered Jim and Soraya, who were second seeds in Mixed Doubles main draw of the event.
On the other hand, the higher ranked Jim and Soraya also put up fabulous show and engaged the crowd by playing to their maximum potential.
However, the second seeded couple failed to impress home fans in the ending points and lost the three-set fight with a respectable margin.

After the interval, Robin and Mahulette dominated the pace by executing powerful smashes and net killings. They progressed in the second game with a wonderful speed and won it by a convincing score of 21-15.
In the deciding set, both couples played attacking game without losing their focus and remained close until the one-minute break.
After the interval, Robin and Mahulette showed their brilliance in the court as they played fast badminton with impressive precision and took the set with a decent score of 21-18.
Robin and Mahulette won this entertaining title match in rubber games with a 21-23, 21-15 and 21-18 margin on the score board.
