Ventura, who has recently joined the White Sox, was very thrilled regarding these three new hiring’s and spoke to the media.
Robin said, “I don't worry about it so much when people start bringing up experience, we were expected to go out and play I'd be worried about it, it's all about the players.”
Ventura added, “I totally trust what they’re going to be doing, what we’re asking them to do in their job and helping me, I’m not just hiring friends we’re going to go in and have a great old time.”
Robin went through and studied every individual’s past record and later made his suggestions to the top management. Though, all these coaches are now facing some huge amount of expectations from the White Sox management and their fans but still they have
got the support of Robin Ventura, who earlier promised that he will re-build the Chicago White Sox for many seasons to come.
