Robin eggs help please?

emegency do robins attach each other to aliminate the copation at birth i have a inkubator that i could take an egg so that none die there are 3 eggs i could use gloves and wher could i find some 90% garentee for chicken eggs to be fertilized in IL

  1. eggs need to be kept at 98dgs the best solution would to put them in an incubator


  2. If these are robins eggs in a nest..leave them alone...they do not need your help.  Let the parent incubate the eggs...besides it is illegal for you to hatch these eggs on your own.  Just let nature take it's course.

  3. I think you're thinking of Cuckoo Birds. Robins generally don't try to eliminate competition, so I don't think you need to remove eggs from the nest in order to save them from each other.

    Secondly, Robin's eggs aren't supposed to be incubated at 98 degrees.. That will cook them.

    Third, you can check out local farm website or order eggs online through a hatchery like http://www.mcmurrayhatchery.com/
