Rochester Ny toll free number?

I live in rochester ny and am looking at getting a toll free phone number because I am starting a home business. I want to get one through Time Warner with their digital phone if the offer it but I can't find any information on their website about it. Does anyone know how much one of these numbers would cost to have? I heard they are only about $15 more than a regular home phone.

There are tons of plans available.  Just call your local telephone service and see what they cn offer you.  Go through business services, not residential.
