Can anyone give me some rock songs that remind you of the beach. There are always good ones on surfing shows.

I love Switchfoot. They are actually from my hometown of Encinitas. But, I find different music inspires me at different times of the year before paddling out.

I listen to everything from d**k Dale and The Ventures to Bad Relgion and Sublime. Sublime in general is great hanging at the beach music.

I also like Los Straitjackets, The Aqua Velvets, Man or Astroman, Corduroy, Modeski Martin and Wood and sometimes even Tool on those triple overhead days.
