    I know people who drink them all the time and they seem so sleepy after the buzz is gone.

    the only bad side effect for me is that i cant finish a whole one because it makes my stomach feel weird.

    but that doesn't happen to most people so you sohuld try it!

Rockstar has the same disadvantages as many other energy drinks for one they have too mutch sugar and caffeine wich you should know it's bad for you, the energy in rockstar isisn't good enough to do anything except maybe keep you awake for 20 minutes I have drank many of them I used to drink one every day for my workout but I never saw them doing anything for me.

    It's 2$ that's high and not worth it.

    They do taste good at some point but I would say pop taste better.

    Side effects: get fat, lazy, crash boredom, possible headache and pains.

  7. I have not had Rock Star before. But from what others say about crashing and headaches is really attributeable to most regular energy drinks. Like with drinking soda you get the sugar buzz and crash. However most energy drink contain extra sugar and caffeine. So you get the buzz and crash too. However it is more intensified with the extra caffeine.

    Caffeine dehydrates us. When we are dehydrated we become tired. It is our body's way of protecting us from overworking and overheating. Try this. If you feel tired drink 2 glasses of water. If after 15 minutes you feel better then you were only just dehydrated. If you are still tired then try an energy drink.

    Being properly hydrated will boost our motabolism and energy levels by 3% a day. We need 1 ounce for every 2 pound of body weight plus 8 more ounces for every 20 minute of exercise. Caffeine takes more water to process than what is provided in a caffeinated drink. So it is important to replace that water within 15 - 30 minutes after having a caffeinated drink. This way if you have a soda or enery drink it should reduce the crash you have later.
