Rockburst Pearl primed to perform well in Matty’s Race
Rockburst Pearl is all set to show a superb performance at Hove racecourse where she will run for the title of Matty’s Race on Thursday night, April 26. The high-stakes contest is scheduled to commence at 20:34 (GMT).
The M. Dartnall-trained black b***h will confidently face five strong rivals such as sharp Bullet, Droopys Franklin, Rackethall Ruso, Maui Hawk and Swift Reagan in the Open Race over a distance of 515 meters.
A prize cheque of £150 is ready for the supposed winner. Rockburst Pearl possesses a terrific track record. Since making her debut in October 2011, the two-year-old novice runner has been achieving fabulous feats at different venues.
After bagging a couple of consecutive victories in January 2012, she moved ahead to finish as runner-up in a race on February 17. The brilliant b***h elegantly registered a classic triumph by a huge margin of 9 ¼ lengths on March 1. She went on to finish
second in two races during the same month.
The talented daughter of Head Bound out of Ballyhill Beauty won a race each on April 3 and April 22. Thus, she is awash with winning momentum at the moment.
If the young hound manages to sustain her stamina and fighting spirit, she will surely be able to enjoy a great time tonight. Her chances to finish first are as high as 90 percent.
Rackethall Ruso and Swift Reagan can trigger upsets in the race as each of the duo looks to be strong enough on the card.
Rackethall Ruso earned two consecutive runner-up ranks each on February 27 and March 5, 2012. The W. Wrighting-trained black dog moved forward to finish first in the very next outing on March 10. He also achieved a classic triumph along with a runner-up
slot in the last decade of the same month. The dashing dog finished first in his last start on April 20.
On the other hand, Swift Reagan attained two outstanding victories in March 2012. M. Wallis’ fawn dog proceeded to finish second in his second last outing on April 11.
In the light of the above analysis, it is predicted that there will be a tough tug of war for the top rank. Let us see how the hot favourite hound manages to thrive. Good luck to all the runners.
