Rockford Fosgate P400-4 or Infinity REF475A?

I think I have a fairly simple questions, but I'd like a little feed back to play it safe. I'll give as much information as possible.

1988 Cadillac Sedan Deville

Front Speakers: Infinity REF6422CFP 4x6 (45 watts RMS)

Rear Speakers: Infinity REF9623I 6x9 (100 watts RMS)

Deck: Kenwood KDC-MP738U

I previously had the Infinity REF475A 4 channel amplifier. It decided it wanted to go into protect mode for no apparent reason. I had the amplifier sent out to service and it was confirmed that the amplifier was faulty. I now can either get the same amp for free of charge new, or upgrade to the Rockford Fosgate P400-4 for an extra $30. I'm leaning towards the Rockford Fosgate amplifier. Any reason why this isn't a better choice?
