Rockstar energy drink?

how does a "rockstar burner" energy drink, burn fat?

Most energy drinks contain some sort of guarana extract or green tea extract which are naturally occurring herbs or vitamins that PROMOTE fat burning. Mind you they promote the burning of fat, they do not directly burn fat. Guarana and Green Tea extract work in the way that caffeine does in coffee. They speed up your heart rate which in turn burns calories. The more calories you burn, the more fat you lose, theoretically.

If you read the label on a can of Rockstar it contains the following: 24g of sugar, 1000mg of Taurine (Taurine is an amino acid that helps to alleviate muscle fatigue) 150mg of Ginko Biloba(which comes from the Ginko tree and is believed to help with brain stimulus) 25mg of L-Carnitine which is a nutrient found in meats and cheeses which helps to increase metabolism, 25 mg of Guarana seed extract and ginseng.

That's the long answer.

The short answer? Drinking Rockstar does not burn fat. Rockstar combines these fat burning chemicals into a digestible drink to help raise your heart rate and keep you from feeling tired while you exercise. Drinking it while watching TV will not help you burn fat.

I don't think it's a diet/weight loss drink.It just has no carbs or sugar,They use something like splenda in it..Most rockstar's are full of sugar and caffine.I think the burner one is just a new flavor and any of them are bad for ya..

It doesnt its just called rockstar burner its just another flavor i think they r all pretty gross but i havent tried the pomegranite yet...
