Rocky Marciano Vs Superman in Fantasy land?

Ok so Rocky Marciano vs Superman in boxing rules. Remember!! Marciano has the heart and apparently from the opinions i see on here, hes also invincible...so does Superman have a chance?

That is if Superman was real and had all his powers, oh and you can add 20 to 40 pounds to Marciano so he would be a natural heavyweight. But super man cant fly or burn Rocky with his heat vision.

well considering that super man can lift over 100 tons, is indistructable,is faster than a bullet,and can go days upon days without needing to eat or feeling tired.so with all this said superman would kill him leterally.
