Rocky Marciano(1952)vJerry Quarry(1972)15rounds heavyweight?

what a fight this one,what would the result be?

This would be a mismatch but an exciting one.  Marciano is an all time greats and the man who refused to lose.  He had more heart and desire to win than any man who ever stepped into a ring and had absolutely no fear.  He had great power in either hand and great endurance.  Quarry was a very good fighter with good boxing skills and good power.  He like Marciano had a little propensity to cuts.  Neither man would have to look for each other as Quarry would meet Marciano in ring center just as he did against Frazier in their two fights and it would result in a similar outcome.  Quarry would land some good punches against Marciano but Marciano would respond with the harder punches and send Quarry reeling into the ropes.  Quarry would have cuts over both eyes as Marciano tore into him.  In round 5 after Quarry had taken a tremendous beating, the referee would wisely stop the one sided contest and raise Marciano's hand in victory by 5th round technical knockout.

the old saying goes don't trade shots with a bull.rocky was one h**l of a bull.he hit hard as h**l jerry quarry would comeout swinging.rocky would bob and weave then POW there wakeing quarry up and picking him up off the mat.i reaaly believe rocky was the greatest of all time.he had so much heart and refused to lose.

Quarry was a brave guy and so was the Rock,but this would have been a real battle for maybe 4 or 5 rounds then Rocky gets in with a Suzi Q specials, Quarry goes down,then bravely battles on then another humdinger similar to what  La starza suffered,then lights out for Jerry,KO round 6!
