Rodeo sickness!!! help!?

ok so me and my friend are going to a rodeo this weekend, theres rides like the zipper where you go upside down and stuff, im always so worried about puking, what can i do and if i take gracvol will it help

  1. dont eat or drink anything that is acidic (foods that will cause burps or acid in your stomach)  NO MILK!!!!  And make sure that you do take something that will help ease your stomach.  Tums is a great one for setteling any stomach nausines or even gracvol will help actually.
