http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809’s manager, Brendan Rodgers has gone on to express his delight over his team’s three goals to two win over Tottenham Hotspur, as he feels that the win will go on and enforce the fact that Anfield is slowly but surely becoming a fortress
for the Reds, once again.
Luis Suarez has once again gone on to score for the Reds, as he helped the team take the early lead in the game. However, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Jan-Vertonghen-c17814 went on to score a quick double, which helped Tottenham go on and lead the game by two goals to one.

Following the game, the Liverpool manager has gone on to praise and hail his team, as he feels they are finally looking to be the club that the fans believed they were capable of becoming.
"Our character in the game was outstanding," said Rodgers in a post match interview. "I think the longer we've worked together now, earlier in the season that game might've tipped against us. That cohesion and mentality in the team now to keep going is there
and we're making Anfield a difficult place to play at; I thought the players were brilliant today.”
"We've got real good momentum at the moment and we've set our own performance targets - at this period of the season you want to be winning games. We've shown a great character and mentality; it's a great victory for us and I'm delighted for the players
because they put so much into that today."
It is now up to the Reds to maintain their form and performance levels, since the coming few weeks are going to be a real challenge for the team, if the club is unable to maintain their form, they could soon find themselves in the danger zone, once again.
