Former Manchester City player, Rodney Marsh has gone on to blast http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mario-Balotelli-c23937 and has insisted that the striker is the source of a number of problems for the club.
Following his move to Manchester City, Balotelli has almost always been getting his name in the headlines. However, the player is often making the headlines for all the wrong reasons, as opposed to being in it for the right ones.
The striker was in the thick of things once again as http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 took on City, when the player was shown a red card late on in the game.
However, according to most, the Italian forward was lucky not to have been shown a straight red early on in the first half, given how he stomped on http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alex-c4752 Song’s leg.
Balotelli went on to hit the midfielder on his knee via his studs and had the referee seen the incident, he would have given the striker the marching orders right away.
Marsh, who believes that the forward is still an exceptional talent, has gone on to state: "I look at Balotelli and I think, 'What a brilliant, brilliant footballer'. I absolutely love him, but you have to say he’s got the brains of a rocking horse.”
"I say that in a light-hearted way, but I actually mean it. Some of the things he does, you actually know the outcome before he does it.”
"I don’t know one person who didn’t think he was going to get sent off. He was looking for trouble all game."
With just a couple of days to go in the season now, Balotelli could end up missing out on the remaining games in the league.
The City boss already feels like the striker can’t be trusted and has insisted that he could consider selling the forward in the summers.
Nonetheless, some people claim that it is partially http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roberto-c31294 Mancini’s fault that the forward has not been able to calm down, given the fact that the manager has not really tried hard enough to get the player to act normally.
It is now a wait till the end of the season to see just where the forward ends up.
