Rodney mullen banned from the x-games!?

one of my friends told me that rodney mullen is banned from competeing in the x-games because he's so good no one can compete with him is that true?!

Rodney doesn't really compete in the type of events they do at the X-Games, so I don't see why would "ban" him.  He has always been a sort of flatland freestyle specialist.
