  1. yup, that hapened a long time ago.

but this time  federers  facing  two big hurdles , djokovic  in  the semis ,  and rafa  in finals.   one of which  hes  very likely to falter considerin his current form.

if he plays like he did in  2004  05 - against roddick he'll  win for sure.

im puttin my moneyon rafa---2008 champ..

  2. You say you haven't heard of him so let me fill you in. He's from Slovakia and he's been in the top twenty. He's right-handed and plays from the baseline. He's lousy at net and his serve is so-so but he is quite heavy-hitting off the ground. Don't get me wrong, I do think Federer will win pretty comfortably but  Hrbaty could be quite tricky. As he's primarily a clay courter I don't give him much of a shot against Roger on grass, but he's better than most people would think.

  3. That was a long time ago before Roger became the great player he is rite now.The guy have played Wimbledon 11 times, his best performance being 3rd round.eight times out of those 11 he lost in the first round.

Surely he is looking into 2 cold - harsh bagels and maybe a breadstick if he's any lucky.

  4. Yes, he has beat Roger a couple of times, but that was a long time ago.

Never heard of Dominik Hrbaty?  His claim to fame... a pink and black tennis outfit with holes in the back, which he wore during the 2005 US Open, I believe.  :)  That's my most vivid memory of Hrbaty.

  5. The way i see it it happens in 2 ways, both of which include federer winning.

The first one goes with Roger completly destroying Hrbaty, and finally shuting up the critics up who say this is his year to fall because of that french open loss. yet the thing they forget to say is it was IN THE FINALS. he's  human thats all he showed

The other outcome is Rog going about his normal business and beating the guy, just like any other match.

+ those losses were early in his career

    its a  done deal

  6. That Hrabaty is a giant killer at times.

So the Fed better watch out. But on grass, Fed is superb.

However, if Fed loses to Nadal this time, I'm afraid it's goodbye time for the Fed just like Pete Sampras' era when the young Fed came into the picture & wiped out them previous greats.

Good luck to all your bets & idols in Wimbly.
