Rogers cable..NEED HELP PLEASE?

everytime i try to go on ROD on channel 100 it keeps saying "experiencing diificulties, please channel on then off"..(what does that mean?)..and then underneath it it says "settop it broadcast mode" ..iv tried everything and run out of things to do..it was working fine the night b4, and all the cables are still hooked up..so yea please help me

  1. You'll need to contact Rogers Digital Tech Support to have them troubleshoot the issue.  1-888-764-3771 (just specify "technical support" at the voice option).
