Rokr Z6m ringtone problems...help!?!?

Question

I just got a rork Z6m i have a memory card for it and i also have an adaptor so i can upload songs from my computer. the problem is once i upload the song (which is in mp3 format) and go to manage and move it to the phone it still doesnt give me the option to apply it as a ringtone.

i feel like i have tired everything. anyone have any suggestions?

where you can upload the song choose 20 sec. of it, use it as your ringtone. ventones will send the ringtone to your phone as a text message. awesome site.
