The former Dynamo Moscow player urged the Russian outfit to hire a new coach if they are to reclaim the Russian Premier League title in the near future.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rolan-Gusev-c31561 has blamed Leonid Slutsky for CSKA Moscow’s poor form, accusing the Russian tactician of lacking experience to lead the Russian outfit. He told the fans that the Moscow-based club will continue to struggle in the Russian
Premier League if they stick to their manager.
CSKA’s latest 2-0 defeat has angered a number of supporters and reports in Russia suggest that the Armeytsy players are reportedly considering leaving the Russian outfit during the summer transfer window.
As things stand, the Moscow-based club are at the fourth spot and trail the table-toppers by a massive 14 points.
Gusev accused Slutsky behind their failure and urged the Koni to get rid of their manager if they want to see the Russian outfit challenging for medals in the near future. He added that Slutsky lacks the experience to handle the
pressure.
The former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 Kyiv midfielder went on to reveal that Slutsky is making excuses, telling the media about the injuries his squad had during the rounds. He blasted the former Uralan Elista manager for making childish excuses
and admitted that Slutsky’s days are numbered at Luzhniki stadium.
“I think CSKA are dealing with a lot of injured players but I don’t think this is the reason behind their poor form. I think, to blame everything on the injury alone would be wrong. I think they lack composure, discipline and confidence
on the pitch. It’s the coach’s responsibility to get his team out of a difficult situation.
"They have decent players, who play for the Russian national team. It’s amazing why they fail to compile a decent performance while playing at the club level. So, I think CSKA needs a new coach.”  The former Dynamo Moscow player
was quoted as saying.
Gusev revealed that Slutsky needs to learn from Alania Vladikavkaz manager, Valery Gazzaev. The Koni managed to win UEFA Cup, UEFA Super Cup, two Russian Cups, two Russian Super Cups and two league titles in four years under Gazzaev.
