How does Casy serve as a role model for Tom and how does Ma Joad serve as a role model for Rose of Sharon?

Casy shows Tom that it's important to have a cause to fight for, instead of just fighting for yourself. Ma Joad gives a pretty good example of how important it is to hold a family together, through good times and bad. You may not always succeed but it's worth the effort.
