are you kidding the USA has been the biggest war monger in the last century .

they now are considering Global imperialism ,with the New World Order .which will mean a global conflict involving nuclear war

.by the end the Americans will be the conquerors ,half the world will be dead and those who do not belong to the elite will be slaves or in camps

if you think this is stability you are insane

all socalled stability by means of violence is short lived
