  1. They do what they can, thats all...

    I wish states were the ones to be dependent on rather than people from Washington who have no clue about anything, except counting their cash.. Not sure why people complain their so slow on situations.. Hmm I wonder..

    Just as if a Tornado were to demolish a couple houses.. They don't get aid, besides whats a couple houses to them, anyways they get money from their home owners insurance.. Now when something big happens, people figure the gov should jump in(which I don't disagree on if they make things better), but they always mess it up..

    EX: New Orleans(Katrina).. Something that could have been prevented by the gov/N'O, the finances WERE there.. They knew way before a hurricane hit, that they were in a disaster zone(flood wise)..


  2. In short, to take a very bad situation and make it worse.

  3. Point fingers, go look at the situation and make promises they will not keep, blame the state (federal if your the state) government for s******g things up, etc. You know: the usual.
