Rolex watch Value? How much is a 2003 Rolex Air King NO Date worth?

My friend is selling me a 2003 Rolex Air King with no date. I was wondering if I was getting a good deal. He is selling it for 2500. Please let me know what you think.

Air Kings and especially dateless Air Kings are the least expensive Rolex watches and that is reflected in their used pricing.  What will determine wether or not this is a good deal is what you intend to do with it.  The value will initially continue to decrease but it will level out.  If you plan on keeping this watch a LONG time, it may appreciate.  If you are looking at this as a first step but plan to buy a "better" Rolex when the time comes, you will lose money when you resell it.  I wear a 1947 Air King that belonged to my grandfather.  While it is a very different watch than what you are looking at, I can tell you that your future grandchild will appreciate the watch when the time comes, and it will still run.  Also, from a style standpoint, the other Rolex watches are a little too much for me.  Good luck.
