Roller Skating in London?

Where can I buy roller skates in London? I want to buy them from shops, rather than online, as I don't know anything about skating.

Can you tell me from where I can get training for roller skating? Is there any different rule for skating on London roads?

Dunno if there are any rules..just dont skate down busy streets. You dont want to skate on London roads unless you have a death wish!
