  1. I had the same problem.

I'm not sure where it comes from, but if does.

Whenever I went on a roller coaster (if I even went) I had my teeth clenched, my eyes shut tight, and I held on the the handlebars with all I could.

I think the best way to get over your fear is to start out small. Go on all the smallest (and I don't mean kiddie) rides in the park. Then, gradually make your way up as you get comfortable.

Its good to have someone with you. I had my sister who loves roller coasters, and she told me to come with her. I was scared, I admit. She took me to the first row (supposedly "the best" seats) and told me to keep my eyes open. I did. I screamed the whole time, but I did. And to tell the truth, I like going on the big coasters now.... :D

So when you're ready, find a BIIIIG roller coaster, ride it once or twice to get comfortable, then go on it again, sit in the first row, and keep your eyes open during the ride.

I bet you'll want to let go of the handles yourself....

    Hope this helps.

    :D

  2. THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO

    1.wait in line

    2.sit on the seat

3 close your eyes till the ride starts to move

    4 open your eyes

    5 HAVE FUN!!!

  3. the same happens to me.Try to face it then when you see there was nothing to be afraid of things will be a lot better.

P.S. One of my questions has my expirence.

  4. the way to lose your fear is to face it.  just make yourself go on a big coaster the first thing when you get there, then you'll be able to enjoy the rest of the time there.

  5. First of all, you have to know that thousands of people, worldwide, everyday, experience the same thing as you do.

My advice to you would be what I did (because yes, I honestly hate roller coasters as well). I started out at a small ride (one that only goes about 20 miles per hour (top speed)), then once you have gotten comfortable with that ride, go to another ride that has a slightly higher drop / top speed, and work your way up from there. It took me about 10 rides to do it, but I did eventually lose MOST of my fear.

    Hope that helped!

  6. just get on!!!
