How do I turn a career mode park [like the scenario and the setup of things] into a sandbox park?

i dont think you can BUT change a persons name to John D Rockefeller unlimited times and u will get $10,000 to change the land and stuff!!!! my little bro plays it all the time and he always asks me how to spell it

U CANT, sandbox mode you create your own park with no scenarios whatsoever and it is all free, it takes a long time but hey its still good.

the only thing u dont get is the coasters that are locked, but who needs them just build your own.
