Roller coasters fun? ?

Question

are they fun im 14 and have never been on one i am kind of afraid of hights but not that much i mean i ahev got in the seat of the coaster but i cnt do it i just end up jumping out and gettin wayyyy to scarred so idk what to do i know i am going to ride them when i got to wildwood cause i NEED/WANT to get over this fear but are theyt fun or no and what makes them so fun? do you think ill get over my fear?? casue when i go to wildwood i wanted my first coaster to be the great white

lol i'm scared of big rollercoasters..i've gone on smaller ones but they still freak me out a little..But i'm gonna suck it up and go on some of the bigger ones at six flags next week.

If u get really scared while ur on one, just close ur eyes. You won't know how high up u are. Except sometimes i forget that i CAN clsoe my eyes lol.

I'm afraid of hights, but I just suck it up when it comes toroller coasters, if you've never tried one, I highly advise you do.

Roller coasters to me are one of the most fun things you can ride. Its a combination of the fear of it and the pure thrill you get when going down a 300ft hill at 70mph. Or being shot from 0mph to 120mph in just 4sec up a hill 420feet into the air at a 90 degree angle(Top Thrill Dragster - Cedar Point) I think once you ride one you'll want more.

Listen, you might not be afraid at all.  I don't like heights either, but once you get to the top and start going down the heights don't matter to me, because the speed takes over, and I LOVE speed.  You might get over it and you might not.  It all depends on the person.  You just have to tell yourself to get in and once it starts going you can't get off.  Just tell yourself that you're not getting out no matter what and then see if you like it or if you don't.  If you don't, don't do it again.  You never know if you don't try.

You just need to try one you will love it. That's what I did. I am going to Knobels in the morning.
