  1. The skates should be evenly snug all around the foot without crushing your toes or cutting off circulation.  You don't want your feet to move around in the skates.

If you are still unsure of yourself, you might be stiffening up your body.  That puts a lot of tension on the muscles and makes you sore.

    The basic types are:

Rec/Fitness - the most common type of skates.  Basicaly designed to get you somewhere.  Fitness just are a bit faster

Racing - same but lower boots and larger wheels to go even faster.

Agressive - heavy built skates with really small wheels designed for jumping and sliding on objects.

Street/Slalom - medium wheels with short wheel base for doing dance moves and fancy footwork

Hockey - designed for manueverability on the hockey rink.

  2. Im always rollerblading, i dont  just ride i no how to do a few good tricks,

Get any rollerblade ur size shoe and u can always tighten it or loosen it if u want.

SOME ROLLERBLADES ARE EXPENSIVE, IT MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE WITH THE PRICE!!!

crappy 5$ 1s always fall apart and break, they also never fit

go at least 65$ just saying cuz I no,...if u want to grind take the 2 middle wheels off, it dont make a difference in proformance
