  1. hard to find repair dealers that have the parts PLUS high repair shops. if you are buying it dont get it! get a Taurus or a midsize Non imported car but not cadilliac! insurance on that booger will kill u too

sry dont mean to be a downer....

  2. Depends upon a few things...

Where do you live? Sunny California? It may work there. But the Midwest? It's likely to be upside down in a snow drift during the first snowfall.

Can you afford to repair it? Not only the cost of repairing it, but also consider that you may not have a Rolls repair shop in your neighborhood. If you've got a good mechanic who knows how to work on them, great. If your cousin Frankie "knows how to fix cars" this is not a good arrangement.

Can you afford to insure it? I know what minimum coverage costs for a '92 Thunderbird, and I can't imagine what'd be for the Roller. But for a kid it's not gonna be cheap.

Can you afford the fuel? This car gets about 9 MPG city and 12 highway. Ouch.

For $18k you could do a lot worse, but buy something else with about 1/2 the money and keep saving for the Rolls and buy one after you've turned 25, when the insurance will be lower -- MUCH lower. Unless, of course, you already are  25.

Whatever you do, I wish you well...

  3. Umm no its a bad car....LOLLLLLLLLLLL..Just Joking......why the h**l not.. i mean  its a Rolls Royce people work a lifetime to get cars like that. if u can afford it and later the maintaince go for it. Good Luck

  4. Erm.. for style and charm, yes. For tax exemption, yes. For performance, maybe. Handling, no. Comfort, yes, reliability, no, gas mileage, no.

  5. Id go with a sportier car, not so luxurious, get a ferrari or lamborghini or something, rolls royce is so bulky, as a first car Id want to enjoy it, but Im sure whatever you decide will be good considering the kinda budget you have.

  6. I would say the best first car would be a crappy rusty car that runs well, because chances are your gonna smash it up.

  7. well lets see, if its your first car, then no, like every kid, we go do stupid stuff, and not think logically, but if ur gonna get a 100k dollar car, im sure u hav money to fix it, well i guess go for it then

  8. Good for you...do u really need to ask that? Shouldn't the answer be obvious? Or is it just me? lol
