The Giallorossi are looking to add more options in the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Defence-c38904 and have targeted Fucile as the ideal man to quell their defensive woes.
The Uruguayan is seen as the ideal replacement for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/John-Arne-Riise-c18833, who has parted ways with a club to move to Fulham. And at the age of 26, Fucile is yet to achieve his peak and could be prove to be a bargain buy for Roma if he succeeds in the tough-tackling
league of Italy. 
Portugal’s number one goalkeeper lands a loan move to Benfica
Selecao International Goalkeeper Eduardo has moved to Benfica on a loan deal following a disappointing season with Genoa in the Italian Serie A. The 28-year-old was an impressive performer for Braga and later shone at the 2010 FIFA World Cup with the Portugal
national team, gaining great reviews for his shot stopping.
His talents were quickly snapped up by Genoa after the World Cup for an alleged €4 million and he brought along him high expectations to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Italy-c2926. However, a string of poor performances and high-profile errors smashed his once polished reputation.
A change of scenery was in order for the keeper, who had been integral for club and country in recent seasons.
Although several teams showed their eagerness in acquiring the services of the former Beira Mar man, Benfica ultimately won the race to sign him albeit on a season-long loan.
Genoa President Enrico Preziosi also endorsed the move and claimed that a return to his home country might help Eduardo return to his best.
