“If there is an offer from abroad, I will certainly consider it. I would like to play for an English side. It does not matter if a top club comes after me or not I will still try to find a team within top ten.”

If Shirokov, who joined the St. Petersburg club from FC Khimki back in 2007, manage to move to England in summer, he will become the sixth Russian player to try his fate in the English championship.
