I've read the Twilight series. No Vampire kisses, Silver Kiss.

Give me one where like boy meets girl. Girl finds out boy is vampire. oy drinks her blood. Something like that. Or like girl knows boy. Finds out later. Fall in love. Has to be ROMANCE!!!

www.amazon.com and browes the subjects then choose romance then vampires.  I really like the Rachael Morgan Series by Kim Harrison.  Every Which way but dead  which is the I think 3rd book in the series features a romance between a vamp and witch

Another great series if you do read the JR Ward  books, is the Dark Hunter novels by Sherilyn Kenyon.  Brilliant and highly recommended.

The Black Dagger Brotherhood series by J.R. Ward. It's perfect!

The first book is "Dark Lover." You can find it in the romance section of any bookstore.

I'd definitely recommend it.

Amelia Atwater Rhodes has a few, Demon in My View and Shattered Mirror are good.

There's the compilation, A Whisper of Blood, edited by Terri Datlow that has a few good ones.

His Father's Son by Nigel Bennett is decent

Pandora by Anne Rice fits in that category, but um, it's Anne Rice. Merrick too.

Try the Vampire Vittorio by Anne Rice.  It's technically part of the Vampire Chronicles, but stands on it's own with original characters.  It takes place in Renaissance Florence where a young nobleman's family is slaughtered by an underground society of vampire's.  The boy is saved by a female vampire that falls for him at first sight.  He then is torn between vengeance for his family and love.

Pretty good book a step up from the Twilight Series.
