  1. The answer is Burgundy

Romani Conti is one of the worlds most famous wines, it is a Burgundy

Dijon is a town in Burgundy famous for its mustard

Kir is a drink of a white wine wine made in Burgundy added to Cassis, a drink made from blackcurrants and is named after an ex-mayor of Dijon named Kir.

  2. Sorry all wrong Romani Conti never existed -

It is Romanée Conti - the most expensive wine at least in Bourgogne -

The famous mustard of Dijon - yes in french Moutarde

And Kir which was the name of a famous canon - which is a catholic level between priest and bishop - The mixture is popular - has to be done with Crème de Cassis - blackcurrant is also typical in poor soils - like grapes -

Blackcurrant, as well as Crème de Cassis  is produced in Bourgogne in big quantities .

Ki is a very popular, nice and cheap  apéritif - you can do it too with raspberry crème - Possible also to mix raspberry crème and Champagne
