Romania swim team!!?

Question

My dad is from romania but we live in the usa so that means that i could be in the olympics for romania. the only problem is that i wouldnt know how to try out/ qualify for it. I am a fantastic swimm(state/divisionals).could you please help me

not even, romania has medalled at the olympics in swimming many times and has consistently had a strong international representation, you would need to be an elite swimmer (US senior nats or better) to have a chance of making their olympic team
