I just recently found out that they may have found the last two romanov children, the son and one of the two daughters who were missing either Anastasia or another sister, but anyway, why were these two children seperated from the main gravesite why were they buried somewhere else and burned?

  1. All the bodies had acid poured on them.  This is the burning.

DNA has proven that all the Romanov's were killed.

Remember the time in which they were killed was one of revolution and chaos.  There was no clear plan to kill and bury them in a certain location.  Orders were given to execute the Royal Family and dispose of them.  Separating them might have been done to help prevent identifying them, or as a final insult-- refusing to bury them as a family-- etc.

  2. One of the Jewish Communist revolutionary's, Jacob Yurovsky, felt affection towards Anastasia, so he ordered his men to protect her.

  3. Apparently the plan to dispose of the bodies didn't go well, as the executioners did not realise how long it takes to cremate human remains, especially of more than 1 individual. Nor did they realise that without a cremation furnace considerable remains would be left. When they realised this,  they disposed of the remaining bodies elsewhere in a panic.

  4. I saw that on the History channel. But it was the son Alexei and the other sister..not Anastasia...I think it was Maria. I don't know why they were separated but if I remember correctly, the two children's bodies were burned so there would be no evidence of their execution/ bodies.
