  1. I live close to the beach in Long Beach and have taken many walks well past midnight and the cops have never bothered me.

As long as you aren't acting like a fool than you should be ok.

Try Sunset Beach or Seal Beach, the beaches in Long Beach are kinda nasty.

You could also try any of the beaches that allow camping.

  2. go to the park in signal hill

i forgot what it was but its pretty good

  3. girl you got to go the beach who cares if they close at that time no ones check take the risk trust me thats what makes it fun. If you do this you wont regret it, take some sweets cake or pie something he loves eating

  4. While it's not midnight... You might try Naples. Gondola Getaways offers romantic cruises around the canals until 11pm.

Also you might try Shoreline Village. Maybe rent a surrey at Wheel Fun and have dinner at Parker's Lighthouse.

As far as romantic restaurants. In Los Angeles, my favourite is The Bungalow Club. In Orange County, my favourite is the Sutra Lounge. In Long Beach I like Parker's Lighthouse, and Bono's.

And Yes, most beaches close at 10pm and chain off the parking lots. But after dinner, you could always go for a drive along PHC if you really want to be near the water. Or book a room at the Queen Mary and stroll the decks before heading to your room.
