  1. I'd suggest a nice romantic walk. You could visit or pass by The Guiness Storehouse, St.Patrick's Cathedral, Christchurch and it's Dublinia exhibit.

There are some lovely parks in the city, the nicest IMO being St. Stephens Green at the top of Grafton Street.

You could go horse-riding. There is a stables called Ashtown that will take you on a ride-out through Phenoix Park where you will usually be able to spot some deer.

I can't really think of anything else in Dublin that's unique, that you won't have done loads of times before like bowling, casinos, golf. Maybe the two of you should take some time out to fill the bathtub of your hotel with hot bubbly water and relax in it together ;-)

    Enjoy your trip!

  2. If you get good weather Trinity has huge grounds and free entry. Sports games are good in that setting. Dawson street is good for bookshops. The ancient  Abbey (Christ Church Anglican Cathedral for several hundred years!) is impressive and the evensong service is good. St Marks Pentecostal Church opposite Trinity is lively. The National Gallery is excellent. Kilmainham Barracks and jail are worth a look. Good modern Art Gallery there.

  3. ohhhhh.... man the best thing to do is to improvise. many things that aren't planed always come out the best. just go with what ever comes. and enjoy it. !!!see what happens.
