Hi peeps

I want to take someone special for a romantic meal in a couple of weeks. I've booked somewhere but have been put off by user reviews. Can anyone suggest something very romantic, private, views?, just somewhere cosy for us to dine? A little hidden gem anyone could recommend? I'm looking to spend about £100 for the two of us. Thanks!

  1. Try Fredericks in Islington - its lovely food and the restaurant is in a conservatory which is very romantic. Try the double chocolate souffle - its AMAZING!!

  2. I absolutely love Monpeliano at 13 Montpelier Street! It's Italian, with the most divine canelloni - the pasta just melts in your mouth. They do charge a cover of £2/person which I find rather unnecessary but the food is divine. Veal medallions are especially good. A 3-course meal for 2 with vino cost me about £110 if I remember correctly.

  3. 1. Cork and Bottle, Cranbourn St - wine bar under a s*x shop nr leicester sq!  Vaults, huge wine list, 70's time wharp

    2. Oxo Tower Brasserie (not restaurant) okay, not that central, but good food and views.

    3. Navarros, Charlotte Street - Spanish

    4. The restaurant in the Wallace Collection, Manchester Square, Marlebone.  Set in a covered courtyard.

    5. Les Trois Garcons in Shoreditch (near the City?) is supposed to be an experience - but might be pricey.

    6. Patterson's on Mill Street near Oxford Circus.

  4. HAVE YOU thought about any of the places around covent garden?

there are a few nice ones there.

  5. Mr Chows in Knightsbridge does amazing food and has a lovely atmosphere.

  6. try Zilli's fish in Soho- Its romantic and with wine no more then £100- Its on Brewer St.

  7. try mcdonalds
