Romantic bar for a first date in Central London?

Hi

I'm looking for a suitable - romantic and not noisy - wine bar to take a guy for a first date. Should be not too far from Bank/Liverpool St/Holborn etc. I know, Bank and Liverpool St are not ideal for any sort of romanticism..Holborn may be just about.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
